This hotel was amazing, I booked it randomly and it was an amazing surprise. Staff is super friendly. And rooms are also very clean. Their rooftop bar is really nice. Truly recommend.

Our stay at Empire Lisbon Hotel was very pleasant – the hotel was clean, the rooms were cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the metro, making it easy to reach the city center and tourist attractions. The breakfast selection was not very large, but there was definitely everything you need. Everything was fresh and tasty. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Amazing location, all the necessary sightseeings in very close proximity. Airport and bus/train terminal also nearby. Very friendly staff, nice and tasty breakfast, rooms extremely clean and large.

Hotel is very nice. On the pool on the roof is a great way to refresh on a hot day. The bar at the pool sels very good coctails, the service is exceptional. The pool is not too deep so stay with children is much more comfirtable. The restaurant at the hotel has tasty burgers, overall great stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Place very clean and comfortable. Arrive late in the evening and it was perfect to rest. The room was very spacious and with a greta balcony with view from the 9th floor. The breakfast was great. Was informed that if you need to check-out earlier than the breakfast time, you can ask to prepare a breakfast box to go.

Comfortable and clean room, easy access by metro station nearby, friendly staff, very good breakfast and grateful bar service we asked few nights (ice bucket for a room).

The hotel crew was very kind and helpful. They upgraded my room to a large premium room because on the first day there was a problem and there was no hot water. In addition, we received a worthwhile dinner at the hotel. Recommends the hotel. Wonderful crew, great service and delicious food.

What a great boutique hotel!! Really central. Lovely brekkie supplied and plenty for two served and more available. If you are unable to make breakfast, just say and they will provide you a takeaway lunch/brunch for your day out/journey to the airport. You do need to book your breakfast time slot as this is a small but very well run establishment

I really loved this hotel! The location was perfect — just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center. Our room was very clean, modern, and cozy. All of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Bruno, who showed us to our room, seemed to truly enjoy his job — he was so welcoming and nice! We truly enjoyed our stay here thanks to the wonderful staff. I also liked the breakfast. While the selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. If I ever visit Lisbon again, I would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Great rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Staff were super-friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with great coffee, loads of delicious fruit as well as meats, cheeses, bread and sweet items. We also had a very good dinner in the restaurant which is located in a building directly opposite. Our bed was very comfortable and the bedroom quiet, facing as it was, a pedestrian street. Wifi was off the first day but they fixed it overnight.

Loved the little special touches like a bottle of wine on arrival and different little treats around the pool. Beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, with really attentive staff. The gym was excellent, with a great range of equipment. I particularly liked the cool down room for stretching afterwards. Junior suite was comfortable and clean.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. We came to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with a beautifully decorated room and drinks as a lovely gesture. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very kind and professional. Highly recommended and compliments to the whole team!

We had a wonderful stay at Jupiter - the staff were friendly and so helpful, the pool was a bonus, our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Andre, one of the staff, went out if his way to help us with transport and trains

This hotel was truly amazing on all fronts - felt brand new it was so clean, the shower was AMAZING, the beds were so so comfortable and the rooftop pool had the right kind of music on and amazing beanbags to chill on. Was not over-crowded. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. You could walk down to Barrio Alto in 20-25 mins, or get in a $4 EUR Uber (the cheap taxis make all the difference!) Subway station also right outside the hotel which we used a few times Would definitely stay again!
