It felt cosy and homely with plenty of kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook. There were games to keep us entertained. It was spacious, with super comfy beds.Lovely decor and character.

The apartment was spacious and airy, sparkling clean and very comfortable with a lovely outside enclosed space great for sunbathing and outdoor drinks in the sunshine. We had access to the hotels amenities where the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

I loved how it had everything we needed for the time we were out there. Owner David was very accommodating and polite to speak with.

Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the harbour where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Great little enclosed courtyard garden for the dog and a table to have meals outside in the sunshine. If you carry on up the hill from the property, there are a few free parking spaces just overlooking living coasts. We managed to get one of these parking spaces for the entirety of the trip and didn’t need to use the car at all as everything was within walking distance. One of the days we walked all the way to Broadsands Beach so we did get the train from Torquay station to Paignton station which is a 6 minute journey. Other than that, we got everywhere on foot - perfect with a little dog!

Perfect location, clean and a cosy cottage. Would 100% stay here again. I loved the recommendations book on the table, everyone who had stayed previously wrote their favourite restaurants etc, this helped us to choose where to go. We also LOVED the balcony, the sun hits it such a perfect spot <3
