Very clean, comfortable and functional. The location is well adapted since it is at few meters from a bus station connecting to journal square and PATH. in the morning several bus, later in the evening you can take a cab for 10$. Very appreciated to have water and snacks and tea to start the day in the appartement. Beds are comfortable and bathroom clean and adapted for all (I was with my mother 81y old).

Really enjoyed my stay in Hoboken! The place was lovely and the neighborhood is absolutely fantastic — so much to explore right outside the door. The house had everything we needed, and the garage was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.

Lovely apartment, spacious, all ameneties provided, great shower, parking around the corner if needed. Safe, nice area. Easy Uber to Statue of Liberty and Hoboken train station, then easy and cheap to get anywhere by subway, so a perfect location in our view, too. Great pricing and welcoming owner. Very accommodating and great, quick communication.
