The holiday park was so peaceful and quiet . The park and accommodation was spotlessly clean in a great location for the bus route to all areas of Cornwall could not fault anything staff were very friendly will definitely be back.

A lovely caravan which was spotlessly clean. It had all the equipment there that we needed. We were in a perfect spot for the facilities we needed.

Stayed here recently in Porth, Newquay and honestly couldn’t fault it a solid 10/10. The caravan itself was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell it had been properly looked after. Plenty of space for a three-bedroom setup, which made it perfect for our group no one felt cramped and the layout was really well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the living area was cosy, and everything you’d need for a stay was there. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Just a short walk down to Porth Beach, which is a massive bonus, especially if you like a quieter spot compared to the busier Newquay beaches. Still close enough to get into town easily when you want a bit more going on. The little details made a difference too. Clean linens, well-equipped kitchen, and everything working exactly as it should. It felt more like a home than a typical holiday rental. JC has done a really good job with the mood lighting for the evenings, which made it feel even more relaxing and inviting. Overall, great value for money, perfect location, and a really comfortable stay. Would 100% come back again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Newquay.

Great location for Newquay, enjoyed the lake side, children enjoyed feeding the ducks. A great host leaving little touches which was great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

We absolutely loved Poppy’s lodge retreat so beautiful and well cared for, like home from home, a lot of time and love has been poured into this beautiful holiday home, and it shows in every room. There is everything you could want and more, the smell of clean and fresh hits you as soon as you walk through the door! All the little touches with the solar lights outside at night make it look so pretty to enjoy a few drinks on a summer night!

It's a cozy caravan, it was clean and the location is great. We had a good time there.

The caravan was really spacious! There was 4 adults and an 18 month old on our holiday and it was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable. All the facilities worked fine and even a drive for our car which was great. Our baby enjoyed the birds every morning that you can watch from the terrace. In the car we was 10 minutes away from Newquay centre and 1hr from St Ives which we went to on Sunday. Thank you very much.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Perfectly located only 13 minutes from Newquay and very quite and well maintained land with plenty of spaces for the dogs to walk - especially loved the dog walk maze space and so did my girls. The home itself was above what I expected, perfectly decorated with all the needed things like coffee and biscuits! Paula was an amazing host and quick to answer my messages. We all loved our stay and will be back again!

It was very inviting when you walked in and didn’t smell like a caravan.

We (2 adults 3 children)stayed in this caravan for one night while travelling from Scotland for my gran’s funeral, and I cannot thank the host enough for their kindness. When I asked about an early check-in due to our circumstances, there were no questions asked they sorted it straight away, which made such a difference for us. The caravan itself was spotless and smelled lovely the moment we walked in. Having parking right outside made things so convenient, especially with all our travelling. Inside, there’s a Smart TV and WiFi, which meant we could relax together watching a movie in the evening as a family a real comfort after a long day. The beds were very comfortable, and the caravan stayed lovely and warm, even during the colder mornings, which made our stay even more relaxing. The surrounding area is wonderful as well with beautiful beaches and lovely walks nearby that both children and adults can enjoy. It’s the kind of place where you can step away from technology if you wish and feel like you’ve gone back to a simpler time, which was just what we needed. I will definitely be booking here every time I come to visit my grandad. A really positive experience during a difficult time highly recommended.
