This was the perfect home in the countryside , less than 15km from downtown Skopje. Each morning, I woke up to gorgeous views of the mountains and a homemade breakfast.

Great accomodation, plenty of space and good value for money. You get lots of amenities included in price such as gym, sauna, pool etc. If you go to Skopje it's sure a good place go stay.

The host was very kind and punctual, and everything we agreed on was respected. Communication was clear and easy, and he wasn’t late even for a minute. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a nice view. For this price, you really can’t expect more. There is convenient parking right in front of the building entrance.

I was thinking we would be staying near the market street but the location is exactly on the market street!

Our stay in Skopje was absolutely fantastic! Ivan is an amazing host who made us feel welcome from the start. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, so we rarely needed our car. Speaking of cars, having access to the underground garage with our own keys was a huge plus, giving us total freedom to come and go as we pleased. The apartment was spotless and incredibly cozy; the heating worked perfectly, making it very warm and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts: a bottle of wine for us and juice for our child. On top of all that, Ivan recommended a great restaurant for lunch—the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We are beyond happy with our stay and highly recommend this place!

If you need accommodations in Skoplje for a short or long stay I highly recommend Hotel Fama. The staff was amazing, friendly and amazingly polite. The room was spacious and clean, the bed great. If you need to work in your room there is a nice table and the internet is great. The location is spot on, just a one minute walk from the old city so you don't waste time walking or paying a taxi to go to the city center.

We were staying as family with two adults and three children. The apartment is huge and it was more than enough space for us. It was clean and well equipped. The location is just next to the Republic Assembly, so it's super close to the Macedonia Square. The host was very kind.

The location was absolutely perfect—exactly what we were looking for. The space was modern in every way, yet it still offered a classic charm that perfectly complemented the cozy winter atmosphere. The underground parking was a huge advantage, especially in an area where parking is in high demand. The pool was excellent and added an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to our stay. The staff were wonderful, and Ivan in particular was incredibly helpful, making us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of.

The landlord was very friendly he explained everything to us clearly he answered all of our questions with patience, I would definitely suggest this place !
