The place os very convenient .

Everything was perfect. The drop-off and pick-up services are very well organized. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. They also serve dinner and lunch (which is tasty and cheap)

Lovely bungalows set in a gorgeous, lush garden that comes alive in the morning. The owner is super friendly. The perfect location to start or end a Sri Lanka trip or explore Negombo.

Beautiful surroundings and very warm host - highly recommend to stay here, we would have def extended our stay if had more time!

We were cheerfully welcomed and the personnel was very kind and supporting! The 2 bedroom appartment was very spacious and had a bathroom each sleepingroom. The mattrasses were super comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay in central Negombo 😊

We arrived late in the evening but the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were initially advised that as we were leaving at 8am, we would only have a cold breakfast. However, this was quite the contrary as we had a lovely breakfast outside with plenty of omelettes, fruits and pancakes. Superb! Great location for an arrival or departure from the airport.

We spent two nights at Ocean Breeze Studio in Negombo after arriving in Sri Lanka, and it was the perfect place to rest and acclimatize before continuing our journey around the island. Despite our very late arrival (3 a.m.), the manager was waiting for us, handed over the keys, and showed us everything we needed. The apartment is privately owned, but the communication with the owners was excellent – they even arranged an airport pickup for us. The room was clean and had a lovely view. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool with stunning views of the ocean and sunset. The restaurant on-site also serves very good food, and the beach is just a few steps away. Highly recommended for a relaxing start to your Sri Lankan adventure!

The room was very big over looking the pool,plenty of space in the kitchen area and lounge,the 3 ladies were very helpfiul ,the swimming pool is also big and set in a peaceful area.i also had a late check out at no extra cost,i recommend christima residence great hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is located very close to the Main Street of Negombo, but just far enough so you are not disturbed by the noise. We rented their Tuktuk for 3 weeks and we had an amazing time in Sri Lanka. The Tuktuk is really new, so we did not have any problems when driving from Negombo all the way through Sri Lanka and ended our journey in Galle. Shehan was extremely helpful throughout our stay and the rest of our time in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for everything, we really appreciate it.

Wonderful and quiet place near the beach. The room was very clean, with the possibility of early check-in. WiFi worked flawlessly, the pool was clean and the area was beautiful. I was surprised by the beautiful flowers around. Breakfast was modest but sufficient.

Homely atmosphere and clean villa with a comfortable room layout and balcony. Superb combination of continental and Sri Lankan breakfast. Just 20 minutes from Bandaranaike Airport and 10–15 minutes to the best seafood restaurants in Negombo. Friendly and caring owners.

The host is amazing, quiet almost private beach (only friends of the two amazing hosts on the beach), amazing food!

Massive 2 bedroom family room. Magdalin arranged a pick up from the airport for us and was up waiting for us after midnight. The breakfast was delicious, and Magdalin was so helpful with information about Negombo and transport. The pool is a welcome respite from the heat and although the property is close to the beach it is very quiet. A lovely couple of nights in a daily run business in a beautiful Colonial abode.

The owners are wonderful people. They met us, treated us to hot tea from the road, and offered us coffee in the morning. This is a quiet, peaceful place where you can relax and get a good night's sleep. Conveniently located, easy to find, safe. I recommend everyone to stay here

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were so helpful, organising trips for us and cooking beautiful Sri Lankan food. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The homestay is in a lovely quiet street, walking distance from the beach and tourist area. Thoroughly recommend.

Very responsive and kind host. The villa is very carefully cleaned and maintained. We like seafood and the products we bought from the fish market were very deliciously prepared by the host's wife. Delicious and rich breakfast. We took advantage of the offered opportunity to go for massages, which were fantastic.

Sharmila and family are really amazing hosts . They are taking care of everything for your stay to be smooth and comfortable. It s an ideal place to stay and rest and convenient when arriving even very late from airport as well to explore negombo beach and surrounding. Breakfast is really good . . I full recommend .

Good service and in our 9 days in Sri Lanka. Hotel bluebird show Great performance compare with the other Hotel especially in Breakfast and the packaged teabag. I really recommended this hotel for everyone.

Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience, made even more special by the warm hospitality of Mr.Joseph and his family.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay.A special mention goes to the tour arranged by Mr.Joseph. It was exceptionally well-organized, covering beautiful and important spots without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay combined with a srilankan tour.

Breakfast excellent. The location couldn't have been better with a deserted beach 50 metres away. Smiling staff.
