The property is “out of town” and has a very chill vibe to it. You wouldn’t believe you are still in Bangkok. It is conveniently located close to the main airport and would help anyone avoiding the heavy traffic when trying to take a flight. The food of the restaurant is one of the best we’ve had while being in Bangkok. And that’s taking into consideration some of the Michelin restaurants that are in town. We had breakfast, late lunch and dinner there and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. The chef is very good. Definitely a big recommend, whether you are looking for a place close to the airport before your flight or that you are looking for a chill place far from the town buzz or simply really want to enjoy great Thai cuisine from the restaurant.

Must have enough tine to go on beaches nearby and relax in room / pool. Thai food was amazing at a nearby restaurant (I don't remember the name). Indian food in Pattaya is also very good. Don't forget to buy daily need items from Tops &/or 7 eleven. Use Bolt cab service. Very economical and good quality cars. Avoid Tuk Tuk.

Koh Samet is the most underrated island in Thailand, I always stay at the Sky Cottage resort, which has a superb quiet location, and just 150m from a beach made in paradise. The restaurants and bars at beach side are the best on the island, with a very decent price range, and exceptionally good menu. The Trio bar was good fun too, nearby. Timtub beach and amenities are perfect, for a holiday from 3 days to 30 days, you will never get bored in this part of Koh Samet. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Jomtein Beach itself is not a popular swim beach. It's very flat but not crystal clear. Most apartments and hotels have lovely pools or maybe take a day trip to the local islands to swim and snorkel. We loved eating at the night markets which pop up in the evenings. We also ate at more highend restaurants. We avoided food that was sitting out all day on show in some cafes. Fresh fruit is amazing. My favourite was the cups with a variety of fresh fruits. Choose a cup and they blitz it to a delicious fresh juice. Jomtein is known for its night life with a variety of call girls, lady boys and gay community. It's known for its fly in men looking for a good time. It is cheap to stay here, easy to get around on the local bus or by taxis and uber. The Thai people are lovely and deserve our respect. What I didn't like especially in Pattaya the smell of sewerage. Locals are used to it, we weren't. Shopping is fabulous, there's markets, non air conditioned malls, air-conditioned shopping centres and outlets. Popular are fake designer bags and watches. All in different grades of quality. One amazing shopping centre we went to was Terminal 21. Very modern every floor decor based on a different country. Even the bathrooms each floor are worth looking at.

We had spent a week on Ko Kood prior to Ko Chang So we were aware it would be busier and more lively, which it was. I travelled most of the island by scooter and found a lot of places have possibly not come back or re-opened from Covid. That being said we loved our time on Ko Chang. We went for a Chill time and it delivered. Boonsiri ferries do a great job getting you to the islands from Bangkok

Lovely Hotel with lots of things to do, rooms cleaned every day and bedding changed. Location fantastic. Restaurant very good with lots of choices Use of safe is charged! The Hotel is very confusing with lots of gradients and stairs. Many stairs have no hand rails. Lifts have no clear signage. External signage not clear and the hotel grounds are so vast that it is easy to get lost. From Hotel to beach is 68 external steps They do give you a Black & White A4 sketch of grounds which is very poorly laid out All in all we had a great stay but the above issues need some TLC

May 16-21; low season just starting. Ko Kood was very peaceful and not busy at all. Very lovely island. Many beaches to explore. We rented a motorbike and explored every beach and most resorts over a 4 day period. Wonderful people everywhere! We stayed at Shantaa Resort; the absolute BEST place!

Rayong is a hidden gem.

Rayong is a hidden gem. The night market is fantastic, it is located nearby the star 3 hotel There is a part of the city, which is in a conservation area, it is beautiful. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the road, but it is well worth a walk down it. Also not far from the conservation area, is a sports circuit, which has a full sized football pitch and 5 aside pitches, basketball courts and many other sporting facilities. A large running circuit encircles the football pitch, and it comes alive early in the evening, before sunset, as many locals jog, run and walk around the circuit. It's wonderful to see. There's also a wooden walkway alongside the main river, where you can walk under the shade of the mangroves and enjoy the calm of the river, it is very relaxing. I'd recommend a stay here.

Koh Larn has amazing beaches, with crystal clear waters.

Koh Larn has amazing beaches, with crystal clear waters. My favourite two beaches are Samae Beach and Monkey beach. Both great for swimming and relaxing in the beautiful peaceful atmosphere. If you're lucky you may also see a monkey or two in the cliffs. At nighttime you can check out the market for some local Thai cuisine, visit one of four main bars which has local Thai performances every night or head down to the pier behind 7/11 to do some fishing (where you can hire rods). Restaurants are plentiful, but most people head to Tamwan Beach for the three main beach restaurants, which at night you can watch the fire performances. If you're there for a more spiritual visit, head to the temple above Tamwan Beach, although make sure you are fit as the steps to get to the very top are not for the feint hearted. Overall, Koh Larn is a lovely peaceful place to relax and chill, and just take it easy. The beaches are definitely worth a visit.
